Returning a product: – We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Should an issue occur with the product, do contact us en*****@********om.sg along with a receipt of purchase and a picture of the default. To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective or damaged. All returned items must be in their original condition when it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. Should you have any damaged or defective goods, you will need to initiate a return within 7 days of your purchase. After that, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempted from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

– Some health and personal care items
– Masks
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You can always give us a copy of your Confirmation Email. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
First Aid Courses
Cancellation: – A-BIDE SAFETY SOLUTIONS PTE LTD reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course due to unforeseen circumstances. – Please note that FULL course fee will imposed for no shows participants.
Refund: 50% refund of the course fees will be made if notification is given in writing at least 3 days before the commencement of the course date. Please note that the refund process will take at least one month.
– No refund will be made thereafter. –
Replacement of participant is allowed if notification is given in writing at least 3 days before the commencement of the course date. (Replacement must meet the course entry requirements).
A charge of S$50 for postponement will be imposed on such changes.
I agreed that A-Bide Safety Solutions Pte Ltd may collect, use and disclose my personal data, as provided by me in this application form, or (if applicable) obtained by A-Bide Safety Solutions Pte Ltd as a result of my application/enrolment with the training provider, for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and our data protection policy which is available on our website at

- the processing of this application; and
- the administration of student enrolled with our Institute Unless requested by Singapore Government agencies, written permission will be obtained from you if the data is used for purposes beyond the original intent.
