Admin Assistants

Requirements:

  • Minimum “N” Level and above.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in administrative work.

Associate Trainers

Requirements:

  • Full ACTA or Partial (CU 1, 2, 4A & 6) ACTA certified.
  • Specialist Diploma in WSH or equivalent.(For Supervisor Courses)
  • Advance Certificate in WSH. (For Worker Courses)
  • Minimum 5 years experience in relevant industry.

Accounts Assistant

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least GCE ‘N’ level/ Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting/ Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Prior working experience in Construction industry is highly preferred.
  • Willing to work independently.
  • Committed and motivated individuals who are meticulous.
  • Team player and communicate well with others.
  • Knowledge in accounting software or similar and MS office/Excel.
  • Ability to start work immediately or within short notice.
  • Able to work on weekends or evening if required.

Responsibilities:

  • AR, AP, General ledger, accounts reconciliation. (Full set will be preference).
  • Handle quotations, invoices.
  • Daily and monthly financial transactions and operations for office.
  • Bank Reconciliation/Cash Flow.
  • Assist with submission and monitor for any claims & grants.
  • Understand Main Clients’ contracts and issue Invoices respectively.
  • Liaise with external auditor, support Audit and other statutory requirements (IRAS).
  • Provide support to other functional areas as needed.
  • Handle other ad-hoc duties that are assigned.
  • Handle simple payroll and HR duties/medical leave/government level submission.
  • Monthly processing CPF submission.
